Techland has recently released a Dying Light 2 gameplay trailer, the first look at Dying Light 2’s gameplay fans have received in almost 2 years. It’s clear from the trailer that Dying Light 2 will offer fans a lot more of the same, with the gameplay and horrors that the night brings appearing as visceral as ever. Possibly the biggest change from the original game is the choice-based narrative system, which looks as though it could massively shape the player’s experience of the game. Following a 6-year wait for the sequel, fans will just be excited to get their hands on any new Dying Light content, but the trailer paints a picture of a game that has massively improved upon its predecessor.

Fans interested in pre-ordering the game will be confronted with a series of bonuses and special editions, so they may find it difficult to decide which version of the game is the right one for them. Here’s a complete breakdown of what fans need to know about the various editions and pre-order bonuses before Dying Light 2’s release later this year.

Dying Light 2’s Pre-Order Bonuses

Anyone who commits to buying Dying Light 2 before its December 7 release date will receive a few cosmetic bonuses in return. Fans will receive 3 cosmetic skins alongside their copy of Dying Light 2 if they pre-order the game. Dying Light 2’s protagonist Aiden Caldwell will be kitted out from gun to paraglider in the “Reload” pack, which includes an Outfit, a Weapon Skin, and a Paraglider Skin.
