Specifically, Alinity stated that her neck problems are due to “not sleeping properly” and “not sitting good in [her] chair.” Additionally, she said the issue came after she “did something [she] shouldn’t have done” when playing with her dog, and while Alinity’s dog has been a recent topic of extended conversation on her stream, the content creator did not further clarify this statement.

Alinity went on to say that her doctor believed that stress was partially responsible for her “muscles spasming out of control,” and perhaps the controversies that the streamer has been embroiled in recently are now taking a toll on her physical well-being. Indeed, individuals and organizations have both accused Alinity of animal abuse over the course of 2019, and the possibility of being banned from Twitch could certainly be a source of heightened stress for the streamer.
However, Alinity assured her fans that that the injury is nothing to worry about, saying that it is “not as bad as it looks.” The streamer further supported the suggestion that the injury is relatively minor by indicating that she would only have to wear the brace until today, Friday, December 20, which would likely not be the case if the problem was extremely serious.
Additionally, Alinity remained very positive when talking about the injury, further supporting the idea that it is not a major concern. “I was thinking I should probably bedazzle it or something,” the streamer joked while casually gesturing to her white brace. This levity will certainly be appreciated by those that have been worried that Alinity’s neck injury might be truly severe, and fans will be seeing the popular Twitch streamer without the support device as soon as today.
